BUSINESS LETTER

1. It would be fairly simple for us to rewrite the plan so that it would look and sound good. Our concern here is that while the document that you provided to us is very descriptive, it is not complete. It talks about “what” you intend to do, but not so much about “how” you intend to do it. It does not discuss your goals, objectives and strategies for success. That is very important information to include for your reader. Also, we believe that the financial projections must be re-done to be consistent with U.S. standards. In other words, if you are to achieve the funding you require, we believe that there must be more consulting and study of the project.

2. We do not speak Polish and we are concerned that there may be a language problem for you to communicate your ideas and business issues to us so that we can create a highly professional business plan. For that reason, we believe that it may be in your best interest if one of us from BizPlanIt spends two days with you and your colleagues in Warsaw at the beginning of the business planning project. We have some other business matters in Europe and so we could tie a visit to you into the other work. Traveling to see you would add a little bit of additional cost to the project.

3. To repeat what I told you on the telephone, the cost for us to write a professional, U.S. standard business plan for you is US$5,500. There would be an additional cost of not more than US$1,000 for one of us to come to Warsaw to spend two days with you at the beginning of the project. If this fits within your budget and you wish to engage our firm to do this work for you, we can get started very soon after we receive your instructions. In the presence of the groom?s father, Majer ****, and the bride?s father, Szmurka ****, as well as the witnesses, Orthodox Jews **** ****, [profession ? illegible and unrecognized], 55, and Szlama ****, [profession ? illegible and unrecognized], 35, both residing in Warka; he stated that before them on this day, Israim ****, a single man, and Gitla ****, a single woman, got married in a religious ceremony; the marriage was preceded by three banns in Grojec on February sixth, thirteen, and twentieth of this year, and in Warka on April tenth, seventeenth, and twenty fourth of this year.
